Spaghetti with Grilled Chicken and Salmon

Has been a long time since I last updated my blog, was in a stretch of depressing times and was not in any mood to post anything online... 

Recently trying to "pump up" my very slim beloved man, hahaha....  :p
Cooked a variety food in a platter to ensure he gets enough food to fill his body, so here it is:


Spaghetti with Grilled Chicken and Salmon

Potato with Broccoli & Butter and Grilled Tomatoes on Vine


Ingredients & Instruction

Spaghetti Bolognaise
Some Spaghetti
Bolognaise Sauce
Onions & Garlic
Minced Chicken
Thyme & Parsley Flakes
A little olive oil

1 Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt till al dante.
2 Drain spaghetti and place on a plate.
2 Fry onions and garlic with a little olive oil and add in minced chicken.
3 Add bolognaise sauce and herbs and simmer.
4 Pour sauce onto the spaghetti and serve!

Grilled Chicken
Chicken Breast Fillet
Teriyaki Marinade
Pepper
Sugar
A little olive oil
Honey
Thyme & Parsley Flakes

1 Marinade chicken fillets with teriyaki sauce, pepper, sugar and olive oil for an hour.
2 Grill until tender and juicy. Add a little honey and herbs when almost cooked.
3 Serve!


Grilled Salmon
Salmon fish
Sugar, salt, pepper
A little soy sauce
Olive oil
Herbs

1 Marinade salmon fillet with sugar, salt, pepper, soy sauce, herbs and olive oil for 5 minutes.
2 Pan grill it under fully cooked.

Potato with Broccoli & Butter
Potato
Butter
Salt
Broccoli


1 Boil broccoli and potato till fully cooked.
2 Stirfry broccoli with some butter and salt.
3 Cut a wedge out from the potato to make a slit and place broccoli in the slit.
4 Brush some butter onto the whole butter and place it on the plate as a side dish.


Grilled Tomatoes-on-Vine
Tomatoes-on-Vine
Pepper, salt, sugar, ground pepper
Olive oil


1 Marinade the tomatoes-on-vine with pepper, sugar, salt, ground pepper and olive oil for an hour.
2 Pan grill them until they start to wrinkle and serve!

Serve all on one plate along with some salad or coleslaw.
